[ - ] Anyone been to The White Space Gallery in Atlanta? I am going in July and wondering where to stay. Buckhead is about 20 minutes away. I will be traveling with a 7 month old. If anyone is familiar with the area I'd appreciate any advice you could share. Thanks! 1 Reply [ Reply | Watch | More ]

I live in Atlanta, but have not been to that gallery... There are a lot of good hotels and the usual good ones like Four Seasons, 2 Ritz's, an Intercon, and now a Mansion... It is a kid friendly town though... [ Reply | More ]

Not me (I've never been), but a friend was transformed by it. She was abused by her step-dad and had abandonment issues because of her mom and she was angry, bitter, and just a mess as she approached 30. She went for 2yrs and is so much better for it. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I had one terrific therapist, a few mediocre ones and a bunch of bad ones (I'd go for 2 or 3 months and stop.) Right now I'm in a place where it's not worth the stress of leaving work and paying for it. And most people I know in long term therapy are still totally f*cked up. So I'm not sure what I believe anymore. [ Reply | More ]

Right now I am with a psychiatrist who just nods his head all the time and I don't feel like I am getting much out of it...also we have totally different parenting styles - he is one of those Waldorf parents (absolutely NO TV or participation in pop culture stuff) and I'm definitely not so it makes it difficult to talk about parenting.
