[ - ] Help from Ebay moms? I just "won" my first item and it arrived today. It was stated in used but "like new" condition. In fact there is a small but fatal defect in the item which renders it all but useless. It seems like it was kind of sneaky - Everything looks good but the performance is damaged because of this flaw (connector of hose to vaccuum keeps coming out). Do I have recourse?
