It wasn't supposed to be surgery - Dr. Voigt did injections in his office. DH had bleeding, called in middle of night, and Voigt met us at the ER rather than pass us off to some ER doc. [ Reply | More

We also saw a lot of kids who were getting cochlear implants at their office. Great kids waiting area, all the staff is really nice and helpful. I went to a local ENT in Brooklyn for my kids since the trip up there was tough with a stroller, etc. Nasty office and long waits, I nearly switched back to Voigt. [ Reply | More

I am a very loving, affectionate mom - but I just feel like they see me on the computer so much and they might not feel like my first priority - which they are. set certain times of the day that you are working on the business. explain to dcs that the same way dh goes to work, you are also at work. and that they can have your attention when you're done. and make sure you follow through. they have your attention while you aren't working. [ Reply | More
