small biz owner here - it helps a lot at the beginning if you have a place to work besides home, like the library, when the nanny is there. once they aren't knocking on your door every couple of minutes, the guilt slips away. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

True - though I work from home, my office is in my LR and there is no nanny. I get most of my work done after hours and keep daytime work activities to a minimum of a few phone calls and emails. [ Reply | More
