If you had PPD and therapy, were you totally honest with therapist? not in therapy b/c I'm a bit ashamed of feeling this way. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

yes. it took time though. but feeling shameful is kind of normal-like it is your fault you feel this way. I don't think we do a lot for our mental health in this country. get help though. gl [ Reply | More

i was totally honest and she said that half of my county is in the same boat -- nothing to be ashamed of. their feelings and everyone is entitled to them. acting on feeling is a different story... go to therapy -- it helps... [ Reply | More
