broke my foot today and am so cranky. this sounds awful, but i'm upset bc i've been so good about going to the gym and now i'm not going to be able to exercise or go walking! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I broke my toe when I was in the middle of training for a 10 mile race, so pissed. I was back at the gym pretty quick, just made sure I didn't put weight on my toe, harder w/ a broken foot [ Reply | More ]

probably within a week or 2, as soon as I figured out I could workout without putting weight on my toe. did the sitting down bike...recline bike I think it's called and weights and abs [ Reply | More ]
