[ - ] My dd started daycare this week. She's 16mo. When I go in the classroom all of the teachers are nice and say hi, but that's it. I ask, has she had a good day? They always say, "oh yes!" but it's like I have to fish for every little bit of info. They have a sheet of what she ate and when she took a nap but her day is a mystery. Today when she saw me she ran to me and clung on for dear life. I just wondered what her day was REALLY like. Is this how daycare is? children have to produce a certain amount of a hormone before they are capable of being dry throughout the night. if your ds is going in his sleep, taking off the pullup is not going to help him wake up. let him sleep in the pull up until he wakes up dry 5 - 7 nights in a row. [ Reply | More ]

happened all at once--day and night simultaneously. Ds was about 3 years, 2 months. An unofficial poll of friends with kids of the same age: Kids who get the day training early, seemed to take longer with the night stuff. They also get only about half of what DOE allocates for students. BUT, they have massive fundraising - over $1 million a year by parents.
