The whole point was to make G&Ts more diverse, but in the end, kids in underpriveleged districts lost seats (and some lost entire programs) while even more kids in whiter, wealthier districts that have good zoned options (eg D2 & D3) gained seats (though for some UBers, not necessarily in the programs they would prefer). Because the attempt to make it diverse AND a real G&T (i.e. based on scores) does not really go together. If you want to make a G&T more diverse you have to start somewhere else (like improve poor families' lives, etc. etc.) That said, I think the goal of turning the G&T program into a real one succeeded. Well, I think there was a lot of "behind the scenes" haggling and squeaky wheel stuff that went on, especially in District 3, that made a lot of people uncomfortable. honestly, probably since he was about 4mo but he's just a sleeper. He still goes to bed by about 6:45pm every night. Most people I know have dbs who sleep more like 10hrs/night and then have at least one 2hr nap in the day. You can't always "fix" some stuff, its just the way they are [ Reply | More

yes, bdtd and thought I fixed it and now there again at 7.5 mo. basically, just try to stick to putting db down at consistent times in the crib, drowsy but awake, etc. May take a bit longer though, but with patience youwill get there.
