A good wax is fast and as pain free as possible. The technician should be careful and efficient. Some ingrowns are inevitable, especially if you are prone to them. I've been a ton of places and while I think some are definitely bad - none stick out as particularly good. I'd just go with a place near you that is in your price range. [ Reply | More

well...if you don't know the fee structure, you don't really know. the management fee is generally 1 or 2 percent, and that supports the fund (rent, legal fees, accounting fees, staffing, supplies, "marketing"). The performance incentive is generally 10-20% of profits, and that is used for bonuses, essentially. That said, I've seen some fee structures that don't have any management fee, some that have no incentive allocation...there's a wide variation so it is hard to say. [ Reply | More
