Anyone get diagnosed with too much amniotic fluid? I'm waiting for the Dr. to get back to me and am curious if this is a big deal or common. My 1st 2 pregnancies were totally normal. Thoughts? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

My OB commented alot on how I had a ton of amniotic fluid. Never said it meant anything bad. WHen my water broke, though, it was a serious gusher - I had every bath towel in the house and still needed more. [ Reply | More ]

this is an honest question: so your water can break like it does in the movies? [ Reply | More ]

It can be a big deal, depends on how much is in there. [ Reply | More ]

I was - Dr. said could possiblly be due to baby not swallowing enough fluid (which they are supposed to for lung development) and they would check immediately at birth. She was fine, very comfrotable in there! And I was HUGE! [ Reply | More ]
