I have a two family home in Park Slope. The apartment is 1/3 of the house so it is 1/3 of what it costs me to have the house. we do a lot of travelling, so we have an unlocked phone and will pick up a local SIM card where ever we are, so we have local service and can call back to the US for much less. The initial outlay for an unlocked phone is high, but if you do a lot of travelling, it's worth it. [ Reply | More
