Okay, if its the one I think it is...It IS nice...but the 1 bath is probably the issue. We (and probably most people) want at least 1.5 bth. Only 1 usually knocks it lower. But I do love the little dining area...that is usually hard to find. And your price does seem in line with the good location. Why are you moving? More kids? [ Reply | More ]

Thanks! Yes, one bath is definitely a pain. We're moving because we have 2 kids (boy and girl) and are at the point where they cannot share a room any more... need a yard, that kind of thing. No more kids! We just need more space. [ Reply | More ]

I wish I could say you totally have to lower the price to sell (since I am a buyer dying for things to go down a little) but the NYC market is unbelievable still and the UWS will always be in demand....you'll probably have to hold out longer than you wish, but will get your asking price eventually. Good luck at open house! [ Reply | More ]

[ - ] need advice. feel terribly guilty. i was friendly with a woman in town and she was really open and nice about helping me deal with a tough family situation. was out one night with a group and she came up and people started gossiping about her and her husband. i basically agreed, but didn't say much. i think one of the people went back to her and said i said things (which wasn't true). her vibe towards me changed and i feel forever guilty. would you write her an email? call? it's been over six months so it's been a while. i've seen her and she's always pleasant just not like it used to be. is it worth pursuing? 7 Replies [ Reply | Watch | More ]

I would think no- a friend's daughter had MRSA (also a boil) and they could bathe her alone only. But pool water has chlorine in it, I guess? But still, I would say that your nephew should stay out of the pool. But I'm not a medical mom, just rather paranoid [ Reply | More ]
