Okay, if its the one I think it is...It IS nice...but the 1 bath is probably the issue. We (and probably most people) want at least 1.5 bth. Only 1 usually knocks it lower. I wish I could say you totally have to lower the price to sell (since I am a buyer dying for things to go down a little) but the NYC market is unbelievable still and the UWS will always be in demand....you'll probably have to hold out longer than you wish, but will get your asking price eventually.
