I am having a baby nurse after the birth of our twins. How does her sleep schedule/free time generally work? Experiences or thoughts? tia [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

My baby nurse went to sleep after putting down db at around 11, and slept until about 10 (after waking up many times with db). She took about an hour a day off. And then she took off Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's Day. [ Reply | More ]

Ask her directly about her preferences. Call her references and ask how her schedule worked out. [ Reply | More ]

They usually sleep when the baby sleeps and get about an hour off a day. If you are having the baby nurse longer than two weeks, they will also get a full day off at some point. [ Reply | More ]

my baby nurse slept in db's room, so slept when she slept (which wasn't much) and then also slept from about 8 am to 1pm [ Reply | More ]
