when giving medicine to a toddler/young child with a dropper/syringe and the kid is refusing the medicine, put dropper to the side of the mouth and invoke gag reflex to make sure child is not able to spit medicine back up. your OB should be able to tell you if that's the embryo or something else (I brought in what I was sure was the embryo after copious amounts of blood came out, turned out it was a clot after all). If it is the embryo, obviously then you can get it tested. Sorry for your loss (BTDT) [ Reply | More ]

I'm planning to shift my hours to 8-3 to pick up from the bus, plus sign up for 2 afterschool activities a week, which dh would have to pick up from (a pretty horrendous commute home by subway, which is why I'd want to do it on homework-free nights) [ Reply | More ]
