^^^ if anything, big brother should go out and pick a present for the baby. why is "being a big brother" an occasion for mom and dad to give gifts? yes. you have to give your love and attention to another kid now. your son will be pissed off for a while. he'll adjust. don't assuage your guilt by getting him insulting presents to fill his time while you are ignoring him for the new baby. Try accupucture, pressure or cranio sacral therapy. Chiropracty is very seldom (but sometimes is) a good choice. Can you get into a good stretching or mild form of yoga? If musculoskeletal alignment is at the root of your 'neck problems', skeletal manipulation can really aggravate these issues; soft tissue and muscle will respond-often by spasming, to bones being manually shifted.
