Try accupucture, pressure or cranio sacral therapy. Chiropracty is very seldom (but sometimes is) a good choice. Can you get into a good stretching or mild form of yoga? If musculoskeletal alignment is at the root of your 'neck problems', skeletal manipulation can really aggravate these issues; soft tissue and muscle will respond-often by spasming, to bones being manually shifted.
