It depends on how much remodeling you are doing. If you are making additions to total square footage, moving walls or any structural work, get an architect as you'd probably have to file with your local municipality. If it's all just finishes, furniture, cabinetry work it might be better to work with a designer who has architectural skills. There are lots of "designer"s out there who can't present any drawings to you, nor plan say, the spacing of fixtures - they just pick textiles and furniture (i.e. glorified decorators). I think it's probably just not worth the money and effort to maintain it and deal with the potential liability. the trump admin is trying to push through a removal of the CDA 230 law which is the law that protects the hosts of sites like UB from liability if something illegal is posted here. it's not a good time to be in the business of hosting user generated content unless you are a huge company with teams of lawyers like FB [ Reply | More

Even if they promise not to, college kids will go to parties, to bars, etc. and will most likely carrying the virus back to class. Maintaining social distancing "easily" is not a given on many campuses that already operate at full capacity in normal times. Unlike kindergarteners, college students can replicate their experience online. Plus 40+ people talking in a room is unsafe. It's because it's unnecessary. College students can learn online, precisely because it's not like kindergarten. It is much like elementary and high schools, people are talking about risks from the students perspective but it is a job site as well. How to keep them safe is important. And classrooms at most universities are designed to hold twenty five and can now safely hold six to nine.
