I sent mine in when Coach was still a relatively small company. Seriously, it was almost 25 years ago. A pet chewed through the handle and they replaced it at no charge. My guess is that they most certainly charge for refurbishment now. [ Reply | More

Did anyone read the Insideschools article on Pre-K placements? It sounds like the outsourcing company screwed them up and maybe forgot to include sibling preferences. Can you imagine if that happens for G&T too?!(I assume they are using the same company) Could they make placements and then take them back? She gave us a million excuse as to why she had taken $ from us and wanted a second chance. She is legal and state certification for an in-home day care. I am really tempted to call the police or get back in touch with her and threaten her to return everything single dine she stole from us or I will call the police, tell her husband etc… I’m so upset that she stole from us, we paid her very well! wouldn't call it a major renovation, as it was done in stages over about 5 months. wasn't horrible, but the renos were pretty room-specific. biggest pain in the butt was when we had all our ceilings redone -- took two weeks, there was dust everywhere, all the furniture moved around and covered. that was a pain -- at one point, we were all living in the master bedroom! but it was worth it, and we saved a lot of money by not moving out for the duration.
