I sent mine in when Coach was still a relatively small company. Seriously, it was almost 25 years ago. A pet chewed through the handle and they replaced it at no charge. My guess is that they most certainly charge for refurbishment now. [ Reply | More ]

np - I think it depends if it's obvious it was a manufacturing error vs. just wear and tear. I bought a big tote a few yrs back and the piping came out of a corner about a year after purchase - they just replaced the entire bag free of charge! [ Reply | More ]
