try hot shower, as hot as you can stand it with water on your breasts and take the back side of a comb and using long strokes, drag it down from top of your breast towards your nipple. I think the kids who get good, generous and coaxing SB testers test above their intellectual level frequently in NYC. I think the olsat is harder for a kid who needs lots of encouragement and prompting as it is not allowed. the testers are pretty objective and do not repeat and explain. I think that accounts for the few with the pattern you describe. df works for the doe, and said that by and large kids have scores within a couple of percentile points on these tests. I've noticed that mom's of girls are quick to dismiss boys as stupid because they wild and socially immature. Also I don't think early reading is or ever has been a measure of intellegence. If it were, then these 'tests' (ERB, SB, OLSAT) would have a reading component vs just meausres of 'reading readiness'. Parents of early readers tend to assume their dc is brighter than their non-reading peers. [ Reply | More ]

you tell them what you will offer in the advert. They will tell you what they want. Be very prepared re vacation/sick/ federal holidays. Have a printed sheet. Plan on paying $13 to $15 an hour. My nanny asked for $10 an hour. But I knew that as soon as she started working, she would meet other nannies and learn that she was being underpaid. Then she would quit or ask for more money. Easier to just offer her the market rate upfront. [ Reply | More ]

Rent a house in the Finger Lakes. Most have a canoe or rowboat, lots to do in the area with kids, great wine, great cheeses, very very relaxing and gorgeous. Depending which lake you go to, about a 5 hour drive. [ Reply | More ]
