I am too being serious. The position and sucking action of bottle feeding vs. breast feeding can lead to fluid being sucked in just like I described. It was a problem for us even though I was feeding pumped milk - babies who have nasal/ear tube configurations susceptible to fluid buildup shouldn't suck on a bottle unless they are propped to at least a 30 degree angle. Sotheby's is a pretty long process. First you have to submit pictures and then they are reviewed ny a committee.
