We have 2 dc's who will be in the same school in the Fall, pre-K and 2nd grade. We both work OOH. Our nanny is wonderful but she really needs a f/t job and we can't afford to pay her f/t for picking up the kids in the afternoon and staying until dinnertime. We'd really like to hire someone for ~25 hrs/wk who can do homework help as well as other child care. Surely many have been in this situation. Any suggestions or experiences?
