[ - ] Help me fix this: DH had to have a biopsy on his penis - all is good - cancer free. The problem is that he is freaked out by the small piece missing. I told him I couldn't really tell. This offended him and he made me look closer and admit that he is lopsided. So - and I wish I could remember exactly what I said - but in my attempt to say that looks don't matter (how often are you gazing at your DH's penis?) and I'm sure it will work just as well once he's healed, he interpreted my comments to mean that I always thought it was ugly and it couldn't look worse than it did before. I'm trying to word something that will make him feel better. Though, I think the only solution is to wait until he get the go-ahead for sex and SHOW him it's all ok. Either don't say anything else or look him straight in the eye and tell him it was perfect before and it's still perfect now and that you love him and can't wait to show him how perfect you think his penis is. I think you can bf as long as YOU choose to. My friend nursed her dd until her new db's birth - and the older one was 3 y.o.! If the taste of your milk changes drastically then db may start refusing but I've rarely heard of this. You may decide to stop b/c the fatigue is too much. Whatever you decide, it will ALL BE OK. np: there is really no reasearch out there on bfing while pg, so its hard to sya that you "should" stop at any particualr time. ltos of babies will self wean when you hit the 3d tri because the milk can change. [ Reply | More

I was in your position when DS was 11 mos. Scary as hell! Still have a few months left to go, but I do feel better about it as time passes. My milk totally dried up within a week or so of being pg.
