Does anyone know what it means when a home is owned by a "trust"? I noticed when snooping the assesor's site that my boss's home is home by his name "trust", and just now I noticed that my ex's home is owned by HIS name "trust" as well. Is that some sort of tax thing? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
