[ - ] Do you think it is normal for a 4 yo boy to "steal"? Neighbor's 4yo son was playing with my 2 yo's small plastic toy. I heard his mom telling him not to put it in his pocket. Later, it was time for us to go home, I didn't see the toy and asked the 4 yo for it. I was pretty sure he had put it in his pocket, but he denied it, said he hadn't seen it, claimed to have given it to my DH earlier, etc. Eventually his mom intervened and he gave it back but w/o admitting that he had been hiding it. No punishment from his mother. Normal for a 4 yo? Or do I need to keep an extra eye on this sneaky kid? 6 Replies [ Reply | Watch | More ]

You should call. I remember reading about a lawsuit against a realator who used the website to say a building was in 290 but the website was wrong. xYes, I'm OP. I tried when I was just trying to get basic info about their policies but have found them so beleaguered and unsympathetic that I haven't asked for any special consideration. They did tell me there was no budging in allowing the lower-scorer into TAG, which would be the only way I'd send them to my district TAG, which happens to be right across the street. It's hard to explain to people that when you have twins, there are dynamics within a family that are uniquely stressful...they compete over whose hair is longer! Imagine something that matters, like who is "smarter" or whatever. Not that that doesn't happen with different age siblings, but twins are exponentially harder in that way. (Easier in other ways, of course.) Thanks for listening. [ Reply | More ]

actually it is not. i've seen two LCs and both say her latch is perfect. the pain is from thrush i think and we're being treated for that. [ Reply | More ]

I supplemented the midnight feed all the time, and would use formula to give me some flexibility when I needed it. Breastfed for 6 months, would have been longer but I needed surgery that could not be delayed. [ Reply | More ]

you can do both. also, try a lactation consulutant. i decided with baby number two that if i needed a break (be it bc of pain or bc i simply needed head space) i would give formula so someone else can feed db. i never got enough pumping. you have to find a balance bt what works for you and your baby.
