[ - ] i have some strong words of advice for all of you who, like me, are unhappy about your weight. Go right now (or tomorrow) and buy yourself a new outfit in the size that fits you now- jeans, a nice shirt, and enjoy your body as it is right now. sure, you can still lose weight and maybe you'll do that next week and this will be a waste of money, but chances are it'll be worth it to feel good right now, and if you ever gain again, you'll have nice jeans to wear. seriously, i just did it (50% off at lucky store!) and i feel like a new person! 5 Replies [ Reply | Watch | More

me, too. I'm extremely sensitive to all body issues now. 2 years ago, I just wasn't as aware and more willing to shrug things off. now it seems like every twinge has the potential to turn into a major issue. i resisted them, but the meds are helpful. [ Reply | More
