DD will wake up at this time no matter what time i put her down. 5:30 is fine with us it is about the time we get up to get the day started anyway. Let me be a little more specific she is up between 5:30am and 6am. She will hang out in her crib for about 20 min and then give out a yell to come get her. [ Reply | More ]

less expensive option woudl mean i commute with dd and will be very rushed getting to work on time. (knowing myself i'd be rushed anyway, but this would be set up so that i *couldn't* get to work early, instead of just being late every day. dh doesn't see the difference but i do). and most of the difference in cost would just be b/c i'd be paying a premium to drop off early and paying for the extra hours where i would otherwise have dc in the car with me. schweitzer. i liked him. he's pretty conservative. markoff delivered my dc#1 and he's a little less conservative. beeman-nath is younger and has a child, if that makes a difference to you. i don't know much about dr. ho although she seemed very competent and brisk. [ Reply | More ]

Isn't Dodson on mat leave? I found her highly unpleasant. I liked everyone else a lot, though. Really liked Flagg and Maldonado. Friedman is very kind and competent, but a little too mild-mannered, esp in the L & D room. (She delivered db, or, rather, she was there for the last 45 mins. of my labor and caught him.) 4 yo and 40lbs is supposed to be the minimum, but a 5 pt harness is really better as long as possible. for a booster & seat belt to be safe, you need a dc who is going to sit properly, not slouch, squirm, try to get out of it, etc. [ Reply | More ]
