Presently my brother would be guardian but we're not comfortable with him (he has many issues) My dd is not responsible enough. Interesting question. It makes me think because the age gap between me & my sibs is that--they were in high school when I was born. I'm not sure if my parents even had a will, but when I think about it, had something happened to them, I probably would have gone to my brother--the middle sibling--because he was married at the time and more stable. I didn't until dd was over a year old. I felt completely isolated and lonely, like you. It is completely normal. I regret not joining a new mom's group. It's not to late to join one.
