I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your question. You could call Chapin and ask to speak to the person in charge of Clubhouse and ask her for the schedule if you like. I can't remember her name at the moment (you could probably find it on their website, go to faculty and staff information) but she is very sweet. Good luck and welcome to Chapin! [ Reply | More ]

[ - ] Divorced mom here. Was supposed to have a girls night out tonight. Found out yesterday I was in with the kids. I told my boyfriend of 6 months that he could come over after the kids were in bed. He apologized and said he made other plans, since I was not available. Today I asked when he was going out and he said his plans fell through. And he tried to make other plans but no one was available. He asked if I were going out tonite. I reminded him that I wasn't. He said do you want me to babysit. I know that was a very nice offer. But I am insulted that he didn't ask if he could come over to see me. I told him I was insulted and he got angry saying he was just being nice. We don't see eachother every day. Am I nuts? 12 Replies [ Reply | Watch | More ]

i am stunned that you weigh so much to be honest. you work out and are a vegetarian. be honest - are you eating too much sugar, drinking too many calories, eating late at night, eating fried food? you may be able to make slight diet adjustments w/o going atkins. [ Reply | More ]

well, 120 looks really thin on me and i'm a size 2 or even a 0 at that weight so i don't think i'm obese, but i was stuck in a situation at work that made me so sedentary and meant that i wasn't getting enough sleep for about 8 months. i was really bad about not eating all day and then coming home and trying to force feed myself nutritious things. i think my metabolism is a bit shot. maybe the wweight will just come off gradually now that i'm active again, but i'd like to jump start it. Trainer here - be really careful with atkins - remember this was designed for the really heavy folks who have had no success and is VERY restrictive and over the long term detrimental to your liver and kidneys. Instead of increasing your workouts - increase your INTENSITY on the runs - lift some heavier weights - talk with your trainer more - unless they are advising you to do atkins - which would make me suspicious of them actually. Safely you should look at losing 1 to 2lbs per week - if you have a well qualified trainer who knows you and your body you should not be asking a random sample of mommies you should be discussing this with a professional. I appreciate that as a petite person you feel heavy at this weight but - I'd need to see you to assess anything else. [ Reply | More ]
