I told my boyfriend of 6 months that he could come over after the kids were in bed. He apologized and said he made other plans, since I was not available. well, 120 looks really thin on me and i'm a size 2 or even a 0 at that weight so i don't think i'm obese, but i was stuck in a situation at work that made me so sedentary and meant that i wasn't getting enough sleep for about 8 months. i was really bad about not eating all day and then coming home and trying to force feed myself nutritious things. i think my metabolism is a bit shot. maybe the wweight will just come off gradually now that i'm active again, but i'd like to jump start it. Trainer here - be really careful with atkins - remember this was designed for the really heavy folks who have had no success and is VERY restrictive and over the long term detrimental to your liver and kidneys. Instead of increasing your workouts - increase your INTENSITY on the runs - lift some heavier weights - talk with your trainer more - unless they are advising you to do atkins - which would make me suspicious of them actually. Safely you should look at losing 1 to 2lbs per week - if you have a well qualified trainer who knows you and your body you should not be asking a random sample of mommies you should be discussing this with a professional.
