just use the unbleached flour. Self rising has ingredients to make it rise. When that was added to whatever else the recipe calls for, it was too much and changed the texture. As long as it tasted good though, who cares? ;-) [ Reply | More

Well I didn't what to say smarter, because I don't believe that. I also didn't want to say better educated because just because private school teacher went to say Andover and Brown, and public school teacher went to local public and state u. What stood out was strong backgrounds in art, music, literature and the ability to communicate those ideas to kids. The reason we moved to a public was because our child needed extra help (OT and Speech) and at the public inclusion school we attend those teachers may not be incorporating greek mythology into every project but they know their stuff on how to work with a child who needs more help.
