[ - ] I feel really fat -- all the fat from having db has settled on my belly and shows no signs of leaving -- and I'm also feeing depressed lately. I know I need to exercise, but how do I motivate? It's the last thing I feel like doing when I'm depressed, and this heat isn't helping! 4 Replies [ Reply | Watch | More ]

It'll take time..you will get your natural rhythm again, but remember that you should not define yourself by the way you look.
