nah, no gas. I was eating a fair amt of veggies before though. The Raw Food Detox Diet has "stages" depending on how you were eating before, so it helps avoid gas. I swear, my energy is crazy now, and I have 2 young kids so I need all the help i can get. [ Reply | More

honestly, aero beds suck. Because you're basically on a double air mattress, you sink way down into it. Save your money and buy the cheapy $10 target brand twin sized mattress. They are more comfortable and when they eventually start to leak, you can easily throw it out and get another... [ Reply | More
