yeah, then you should say something. but try to phase it in a really nice way. Like "You know when db#1 was born I tried to use a stroller just like that and it didn't have enough support for him. You might want to think about getting a reclining stroller or a stroller than the car seat can be attached to. I found that db#1 really liked the blahblah stroller that we got." [ Reply | More

i think that you just tell nanny that the situation no longer meets your needs and that you will have to let her go. if ds is attached to her, definitely let them say good bye. i don't think new nanny relationship will be that hard. [ Reply | More
