get a pint of each, paint a big swatch of each on the matte side of a poster board(s) and just live with them for a few days - also put one on a couple of different walls. observe in different lights, day/night, natural/artificial and then eliminate any you don't like in any of the situations. any left after a week or so are your winners. not sure if you're breastfeeding, but if so, sounds like she's hungry. I can't remember if I was still feeding my baby every two hours or three hours at 10 weeks. something that worked well for me was cluster feeding at night, so every two hours at 7pm,9pm and 11pm and then go to bed myself.
