there are things you can use to hide yourself. i wore target nursing tanks which I loved, then would wear them under cardigans in winter or blousey type shirts in warmer weather, so I always had a cover up. I stopped nursing a year ago and still wear the tanks to bed since I found them so comfortable. [ Reply | More ]

I didn't really do a program, but I did use a site called sparkpeople.com to log everything I ate and I attempted to stay in a 1300-1500 calorie a day range. we started shipping our bags. a friend told me about this-it can get expensive, but if you are smart about packing and send early enough, it isn't that bad. far better than schlepping luggage to airport, then checking it, then having to go through security. we also recently returned from a trip, and it wasn't that bad. though I was sort of amazed at how people tried to cram stuff onto plane-though not much different from before, ime [ Reply | More ]

In general I don't think it is too different. Business travelers won't be changed b/c they pack light in general and don't care about fees if they have to pay them. What you have to worry about is the infrequent, inexperienced leisure travelers but in general they've always slowed down security, tried to bring too much on the plane etc. I don't think this changes things too much. Rustoleum is the most common of those paints. If you are doing a lot of painting, it would be a lot better to buy one of those cheap sprayers (under $100) or rent a decent one and use paint from a can rather than spraying it on from dozens of spray paint can. [ Reply | More ]

I think they push the kids further, are more likely to differentiate teaching and tailor it to kids' needs, even at the individual level. We are at Anderson, and although I love all the extras in the curriculum, I would not say that accelerating math is such a big deal. some of the kids do well with it and some don't. I don't think it makes a huge difference in the long run for sure. It is certainly over rated. I think schools should put their efforts into improving the teaching of smart kids and expanding the curriculum, and making it more rich. Acceleration is a parlor trick, IMO. [ Reply | More ]
