just moved to a new town and was dd invited to a playdate at a neighbor's house. both kids are 3.5. I'm not sure if it's a drop off playdate or not (we've never done drop off before). Since I'm not close with the mom, do i just come out and ask or....? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I would assume it is not dropoff. No one would assume drop off playdate at that age. And you wouldn't be comfortable with it, I assume, nor would your kid, right? Assume you are staying and getting to know a new neighbor. Bring a treat! [ Reply | More ]

bring cookies and assume it is not a drop off - if it was the mom would have told you how long/what time to pick up, etc. [ Reply | More ]
