i don't know, but each time they are VERY different, almost like it is real, and so sweet. I was so upset that I got awoken. She was so beautiful. I think it has to be hormones. Each time we weren't trying to conceive, so it wasn't on my brain when I went to sleep..just happened. [ Reply | More ]

I went off the pill, had unprotected sex and lots of it... my boyfriend was only in town on days 11-14, figured at my age, 39, it would take six months/ a year. Got pregnant first cycle off the pill. I tested the first day my period was due, also woke up with a giant zit. The week after conception I could not stop eating jalepenos with everything. [ Reply | More ]

I had a huge zit around the time that I was ovulating - about 10 days before my period but I thought the zit was related to my upcoming period (for some reason I ovulated incredibly late that month). I was monitoring my basal body temp and that's the only thing that told me very early on that I was pregnant. I did have some cramps, but they were similar to PMS cramps. [ Reply | More ]

[ - ] Anyone have a dc that is constantly constipated then when their poop is soft, the dc has problems holding in? My almost 4yr old dd is like this. All week her poop has been softter than usual and she has been going on her underwear. She says she can't hold it. I will bring this up when we see the Ped soon. If a child is severely constipated, loose stool can leak around impacted stool. See ped asap to evaluate and treat as the accidents may affect her confidence in being toilet trained but likely she can't hold it. [ Reply | More ]

Our babysitter is part-time with us (~25 hrs. week) and I pay her by the hour. [ - ] DH left the container of expressed breastmilk out on the counter this afternoon for 4 hrs. It was in the fridge. What are the rules now? Can we even use it? kellymom.com may have this info, but just freeze it and don't get pissed at your dh. they have no clue about this stuff. my dh once fed my dc though I didn't think dc was hungry-dc promptly spit up, and I got so mad that dh wasted the milk! now I laugh about it, but they don't understand the work that goes into getting the milk [ Reply | More ]

yes, it's ac. my concern was there was at least 5 feedings that he left out. i worked my butt off this week trying to get this milk pumped b/c i just haven't been getting that much out and now I may have to chuck it all. i tossed three of them in the freezer b/c i didn't know what to do with them. should i take them out. i really don't want to have to use them all in next 24 hrs b/c i want be able to pump this much out in that time. Freeze it. Breast milk can be left out for up to 5 hrs. It has natural anti-bacterial properties. I pumped exclusively for 5 months and frequently forgot to put it in the fridge. If you do not have AC - i'd be a little concerned in this weather though. [ Reply | More ]

sorry....hard to tell on here when someone is being helpful, or just taking out their anger. I really was trying not to think about the option that I could get it, b/c it is a very good school, and there was a chance I wouldn't make the cut. I didn't have a plan, just a hunch that I could swing it. My dh is getting his mba, so we are pressed for time on a daily basis. It will get done I guess. I hate when something comes off like that, anyway, you'll find the time and make it work, who cares if it takes you longer. I went to college at 26 years old, no big deal I didn't have kids or anything, but the thing that stopped me from going sometimes is that I would say, "well I'll be 30 when I graduate" then someone said to me, "you'll be thirty anyway". You'll do fine Good Luck! [ Reply | More ]

I think it's the same 20%! But I hope for you that you are pregnant.I have a feeling you are. Animal Sex does...baby making sex (as in a chore) doesn't...according to my own little crystal ball. Just keep quiet when you go in, do not cuddle or create a new special time for the two of you. Make sure he is as safe as possible and just reposition him. He really will stop it within a month I would say. Both of mine did it, and they didn't have an audience so they stopped. Maybe introduce a new bedtime friend, like a glow in the dark Pooh thingy, or some other comfort. [ Reply | More ]
