Maybe not half of all kids who take it (which was 3000 last year or so) but I would not be shocked if a 1/3 of those kids got 95+. Think of ERB scores like a college GPA: 4.0 (99) gets you a special look, but not the job; 3.5+ (90+), you get a look; less than 3.5 (80-90) you'd better have something special to set you apart; <80), you need a miracle or extenuating circumstances to get into the running. [ Reply | More ]

1 failed cycle. But the odds were not in our favor--despite not being 35 I had high FSH. And we knew we were interested in adoption, so we moved straight to that. I think it's a good idea to have a line drawn somewhere that you both agree too. The doctors will encourage you to keep chasing the dream (at least that was my experience) and not mention other options. You have to know what you can handle (emotionally, financially) and be ready for it to work or not. [ Reply | More ]

I know myself and I do think that it's accurate to say that I'm laid-back. I like shopping and I like clothes and that's why I prioritize that -- it's enjoyable to me.
