Nanny pay question: We have had our nanny since our son was 10 wks old. He is 4 now and we are expecting a dc in the fall. We love her...no complaints at all and don't want to be cheap with her. We now pay her $635 per week take home (50 hour work week) plus we pay all her taxes so her W-9 showed incomes of almost $50K. She is completely on the books which works for us and for her for a variety of reasons. In the fall, we will give her her annual raise but once I go back to work after materntity after baby born, we will give her another raise. Next yr ds will be in school 2 days a week 9-12 and 3 days 9-2:30. She does not do heavy cleaning but does straigten up and does all our laundry. I have no complaints and want to be fair/generous. What are people paying their nanny's for 2 klds when 1 in school for full time 50 hours per week? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

$750. $15/hr is standard for two kids, even when one is in school. [ Reply | More ]
