you still might be carrying a lot of water weight. you also have to make sure your hormones have leveled out. it sounds corny, but like the tom petty song says, "the waiting is the hardest part." that song summed up my m.c and TTCing experience... [ Reply | More ]

Sister, I totally feel for you. I hated it too. One thing you can do is stop beating yourself up for being vain and just accept that it's hard to deal with the extra weight. Most of us would feel the same so it's not like you're unusually vain or anything. One thing I didn't do was make a committment to exercise regularly, and that probably would have helped a lot, so you can try that. [ Reply | More ]
