btdt. either you are not pregnant and your period will come in another day or two. or you are pregnant and then you have an even longer wait. so just grit your teeth and wait to test. [ Reply | More ]

Yes, it is a good sign. I didn't have it, but know lots of people who experienced nausea before even knowing their period was late. Take the test! It sounds hopeful - esp the spotting part. I had that with 2 pgs. GL! [ Reply | More ]

My dad stopped cold turkey after over 40 years of multi-pack a day habit. Quit in the middle of a carton. Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet. His motivation was that his first grandchild was born and he decided that he wanted to be around to see her grow up. She's no a teenager and he never looked back. I know it's hard, but gets better with every day. Good Luck. [ Reply | More ]

I quit 202 days ago have saved over $1900 and feel SO good. I actually went to this place out in SI where they do laser accupuncture on your ear. AND a "motivational speech". I made myself available to the speech and it was enough to get me past the first week or so (not sure how much the accupuncture really does)...then it's just 1 day 1 craving at a time. I hated everyone and every thing until about 1 month in, but then it got much easier. [ Reply | More ]

the least expensive option (but biggest pita) is rent on days off. I found, though, when I didn't have a car, that it meant I would rarely rent and therefore did less stuff that would involve driving than I otherwise would have. [ Reply | More ]
