whole milk yogurt is best for babies - you can buy the yobaby, or just buy regular whole milk - try plain first, many babies will eat it before they get used to having sweeter things. [ Reply | More ]

just started. i have a lot of weight i want to lose. so i'm just trying now to go down one full size and get more fit. (i'm really out of shape besides being very overweight). it's easier for me this way b/c if i'm trying to go down one size, i can convince myself that yes, that one soda makes a difference. if i'm trying to lose 35 (or 55) pounds, then that one soda does not make a difference. (which is probably one of the reasons i'm so overweight) [ Reply | More ]

My parents have a place in Duck. But Corolla is also very popular. It has grown a lot and there is plenty to do for kids. Once we stopped in DC, Salisbury, MD, any of those places on the Eastern Shore in MD. But we always take Rt. 13, not 95. The drive is about 8-9 hours. [ Reply | More ]

we went twice, once stayed in Kill Devil Hills - in a condo - lots of kid things to do there. definitely need a car whereever you are there. Second time stayed in 3BR house further north in Corolla, its much quieter up there, was about 15 mins to even go get ice cream at night. depends on what you want. we drove, 9 hrs from north jersey. depends on if you mind that drive. Sorry, but that's not enough exercise. If you want to take off the lbs. you need to exercise 5-6 days per week with at least 4 sessions of either 45 minutes cardio/moderate or 30 minutes cardio/intense. You must also do more than crunches when it comes to weight resistance training, preferably weight training that works large muscle groups at one time, e.g. squats, lunges, pull-ups, push-ups, bench press. . .If you don't like weight training try Pilates (real pilates not mat pilates).
