[ - ] 7 y/o ds had a string of headaches last summer- starting in April and ending in June. We went to the doctor, opthamologist(they were over his eye) and no one found anything to be amiss. Now they are starting up again. Anyone btdt? DH has a history of cluster headaches so the genetic link is there. Could it be allergies? They seem to start on the school bus and in any environment that is loud - carnival etc. tia! 3 Replies [ Reply | Watch | More ]

Amen. That being said, I think the reliance on nannies and baby sitters is sorta twisted. Don't these children have grandparents, aunt and uncles, other relatives, or family friends that can watch them for one or two afternoons a week? It saddens me that so many people have such a need for outside help... don't you have extended families with the slightest interest in your offspring?! [ Reply | More ]

did it occur to you that families might not live nearby? We have no immediate family here - moved here because we have extended family with young kids. Okay to take wellbutrin, a low dose (150mg) and breastfeed? One psychiatrist put me on it, but then I switched doctors and the new doctor is giving me hell about it. She actually said, " Personally, I wouldn't be on wellbutrin if I were breastfeeding." Just want some other opinions. Seems like not enough research has been done on this particular drug. I think you mean "wean"? A DB self-weans, the mom weans the DB. That's great your DB is going so well, and good for sticking with it for 3 mos. Keep in mind that in another month or two DB will start solids, and gradually the BM (or formula) will be a smaller percentage of daily calories. That means even less of drug entering your BM (to the extent that there is any now). Also as DB puts on more weight, it's even less likely to affect him (again, to the extent there is any impact now, which appears not to be). Good luck whatever you decide. [ Reply | More ]
