would you be worried: a good friend's ds is 2.7 and has maybe 5 words. he plays only by himself and won't play with any other kids, he refuses to wear clothes, he gets REALLY frustrated at small things, he can lash out, and even has hurt himself a few times. he now is literally freaking out if you try to put clothes on him. my df is now pg with her 2nd, too, and is an older mom (41). np: all you can do is encourage them to talk to their ped about it, perhaps mention that EI is free (and easier to get into if you go before the kid turns 3). [ Reply | More
