Please help - I have a 3 day old baby who has been breastfeeding well until today. She just won't take the breast. We gave her a paci last night and I think that's why. Should I just manually express some milk and give it to her with a dropper for now? I do not have a breast pump yet. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

NO don't worry -- she is not going to starve just keep offering her the breast and relax (have a beer) she will drink eventually [ Reply | More ]

the pacifier won't confuse her -- they say it's really not true. just keep offering her the breast. if she's hungry, she'll take it... [ Reply | More ]
