The best way to start a dual-language program is to already have 8-10 native language and 8-10 non-native speakers interested in the program in the school. The principle needs to support it (I strongly suggest the support from the rest of the school) and then the DOE will need to approve it. [ Reply | More ]

I just called 911 and I told them and I told them that the car may be armed. I also closed my curtains and told the kids to be very quiet in the basement. interesting - i think mine has got better. to be honest she is a bit nutty anyway, and already has several grandchildren, but has made a real effort with my son and i think she saw the birth as a chance to be closer to me.
