My 13 year old DS is hosting his first boy/girl party on Saturday night. What are some tips for me as a parent on how to handle this? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

don't do what my SIL did, and try to plan games with prizes. things they did play with, she said, were all kinds of balls -- soccer, football, baseball -- i.e. stuff they could throw or kick around (if it's indoors, then never mind). they'll eat less than you'd expect -- the girls won't eat much -- tho M&Ms will go v quickly.
