I'd give her 3-4 weeks severance. I'd also, if possible, see if I could get a message to her and tell her that you've hired someone else, that you'll be happy to help her find another position, that you will give her X amt of severance. They sell car seat bags at buy buy baby. It's just a heavy duty duffle more or less. You can't prevent it from being hurled around. As a matter of fact once when I checked mine the agent told me that with carseats they are only responsible for loss, not damage. My best advice, if you can afford it is to buy a 2nd cheaper (like $99) car seat for travel (if you fly a lot). This is what we did. [ Reply | More
