Please tell me what products you have used to check your booster car seat on airline. Have Britax newer model (frontier?). My main goal is to protect seat from damage as I think we can check the bags curbside (SWA). [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

They sell car seat bags at buy buy baby. It's just a heavy duty duffle more or less. You can't prevent it from being hurled around. As a matter of fact once when I checked mine the agent told me that with carseats they are only responsible for loss, not damage. My best advice, if you can afford it is to buy a 2nd cheaper (like $99) car seat for travel (if you fly a lot). This is what we did. [ Reply | More ]

or, there are a few services that can deliver a car seat to whereever you're going, and you don't have to worry about it. [ Reply | More ]

np: the compass is 69.99 and folds for travel - you could stick it in the middle of other luggage for protection. [ Reply | More ]
