it's not a big deal. They haev fixed most of the bugs that were annoying at first. Just play around with it for an hour or so and then ask questions. It's slower now, many people left. But it's picking back up. I give it another few weeks and it will be as busy as ever [ Reply | More

Anyone who has ever been on a computer for very long knows that the first rule is back up your data! ANd as far as not announcing it - there were notices for weeks about big changes coming soon. Of course I realize that anything may be lost and it's important to back it up. And not doing so was my fault. But UB was still incredibly wrong to just wipe away watched posts, without a specific warning. No one would have thought that a possibility, because no one with business experience would have done that themselves. And I've tried searching, but it's kind of hard to search a basic search term on the Toddler board, which has over 4 million posts. I've tried and my stuff isn't being retrieved. And on SN's boards, many of the search terms are the same, but the posts differ in many ways. To waste my time like this and the time of other posters, is just mindless. All I'm saying.
